Elevated Haven is a non-medical program that offers shared supportive housing designed for adults who are independent but need a safe, stable, and supportive place to live.

The monthly program fee covers: • Fully- furnished home and bedroom • All utilities included • High-speed Wi-Fi • Clean, drug and alcohol-free environment • Smart locks & common area security cameras • Individual case management to ensure needs are met. • Monthly cleaning supplies • Washer/Dryer on site • Transportation, guidance & assistance when needed.

• Follow all program and house rules to ensure a safe and humble environment for yourself and housemates. • Reliable source of income (private pay, SSI or SSDI) • Capable of independent living (this is not an assisted or medical living facility) • Commitment to a substance-free lifestyle (zero-tolerance policy) • Completion of intake orientation • Signed month-to-month program participation agreement. • Treat fellow residents, staff, and shared spaces with respect • Observe and follow quiet hours to promote rest and peace • No guests unless formally approved by Program Manager • Keep personal and common areas clean and organized • Violence, threats, or harassment result in immediate removal • Contribute monthly program fees on time

This is based on factors such as compatibility, shared interests, and support needs. Program staff may conduct assessments and interviews to determine the best fit for each individual, taking into account preferences and potential conflicts.

All program fees paid are non-refundable. We will do everything to accommodate participants needs and make the necessary referrals to other providers/community resources if we are not a good fit.
